Contact
Email is the whole process. Tell me about the practice and I will tell you what it would take.
Write to me
I read everything that comes in and reply to real enquiries personally. If you would rather start with the free teardown, send the URL and nothing else.
Available for work in New York, New Jersey and California, and anywhere else the work makes sense.
What to include
None of this is required, but a first email with these in it gets a useful answer instead of a list of questions.
- The practice
- What you do, where you are, and roughly how many people work there.
- The current site
- A link, if there is one, and what specifically is not working: it looks dated, it is unusable on a phone, nobody books through it.
- What the site has to do
- Fill a calendar, explain a service properly, meet an accessibility requirement, replace something that broke.
- Timing
- Whether this is tied to an opening, a rebrand, or a date you have already committed to.
- Budget
- A range is enough. The packages are published, so you can tell quickly whether we are in the same neighbourhood.
What happens next
A straight answer, in the first email.
I reply with an honest read on whether I am the right fit, a scope I can stand behind, and a price. If it is not a fit, I will say so in the first email rather than the fourth.
