The offer
Teardown
Send me your URL. You get back a short, blunt walkthrough of what is costing you enquiries: the load time, the mobile experience, the places people bail, the reasons search is not showing you. No deck, no pitch, no obligation.Free
- Mobile and desktop walkthrough of the real site
- Speed, accessibility and SEO checked with actual numbers
- The three things costing you the most, ranked
- An honest call on whether it needs a revamp or a tune-up
Roughly twenty minutes of my time. If the answer is that your site is fine, I will say that.
Revamp
Your branding applied to a component system that has already shipped: responsive navigation, service pages, team profiles, FAQs, lead forms and booking. Your existing content gets audited, rewritten and restructured, not just repainted. From $3,500
- Existing content audited, rewritten and restructured
- Custom branding: colour, type, photography direction
- Mobile-first and accessible on every page
- SEO, Open Graph, schema, sitemap and analytics
- Contact forms and booking integration
- Launch support after go-live
Care
Content changes, platform and dependency maintenance, analytics review, broken-link monitoring and version management, so the site does not quietly rot six months after go-live and need another revamp. From $199/month
- Routine content and copy changes
- Maintenance, monitoring and version management
- Monthly analytics check
- Included hours of updates each month
Included for the first three months after launch, then month to month. Cancel any time.
Local search
Google Business Profile, local schema, location and service pages, and the ongoing content that moves a practice up the map pack. This one is not a package. What it takes depends on how many locations you have, how competitive your area is, and what is already working, so it is quoted once I understand the business rather than picked off a list.Quoted after a conversation
- Google Business Profile setup and optimisation
- Location and service pages built to rank
- Local schema markup and citation cleanup
- Ongoing content added month over month
Priced to scope. The teardown tells us both whether it is worth doing at all.
Packages
Two different things, and they are not a bundle. One is what the build costs. The other is what keeping it standing costs, once the support included with the build runs out.

Care plans run on sites I built. I do not take over the maintenance of somebody else's build, because standing behind a site means having made the decisions in it. If you have a site you need looked after, start with the teardown and we will both find out whether a revamp is the honest answer.
Page counts are a guide, not a meter. A fifteen-page site of short service pages can be less work than a five-page one with a booking integration and a bilingual build, so the tier is set by scope after the teardown, not by counting. If a project sits between two, I will say so and quote the one it actually is.
Anything outside scope is quoted separately. Hours are not sold by the hour.
How a project runs
Eight stages in three phases. The whole shape is here at once, so you can open the one you are wondering about rather than reading your way to it.
Discovery
A short call to work out what the site actually has to do.Agreeing, and what it asks of you: half an hour of your time
Proposal
You pick a package. I send a proposal and scope of work, so there are no surprises later.Agreeing, and what it asks of you: a yes, or a question
Deposit
Half to start. Nothing gets built before it lands.Agreeing, and what it asks of you: half the fee
Intake
One questionnaire: logo, colours, services, competitors, photos, copy, integrations, domain access.Building, and what it asks of you: one questionnaire, answered once
Design
Home page direction first. You approve the look before the other pages get built.Building, and what it asks of you: your eyes on the home page
Build and QA
Remaining pages, then a pass on mobile, accessibility, SEO, forms, links and performance.Building, and what it asks of you: nothing from you
Launch
Balance due, then the site goes live on your domain.Live, and what it asks of you: the balance, and your domain
Care
Three months included, so the site stays current after the confetti.Live, and what it asks of you: nothing, unless you want a change
The next step
Not sure where you would start?
Send the URL of the site you would rather not link to. You will get a straight answer about whether it needs a full revamp, a tune-up, or nothing at all.
